Membership Types
Owner Resident Full Membership: An owner resident full member, owns a unit at TOPS'L and lives within 50 miles of TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort. Entitles the member, member’s spouse, children and grandchildren of the spouse full use of all Club and resort facilities.
Owner Non-Resident Full Membership: An owner non-resident full member, owns a unit at TOPS'L and lives beyond 50 miles of TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort. Entitles the member, member’s spouse, children and grandchildren of the spouse full use of all Club and resort facilities.
Non-Owner Resident Full Membership: A non-owner resident full member, does not own a unit at TOPS'L and lives within 50 miles of TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort. Entitles the member, member’s spouse, children and grandchildren of the spouse full use of all Club and resort facilities.
Non-Owner Non-Resident Full Membership: A non-owner non-resident full member, does not own a unit at TOPS'L and lives beyond 50 miles of TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort. Entitles the member, member’s spouse, children and grandchildren of the spouse full use of all Club and resort facilities.
Fitness Membership: Is available only to non-owners and grants access to fitness center facilities only.
