Beautiful Home
06/28/2010 -- My husband, 10 year old son, 8 year old daughter and my sister stayed in this condo June 23-27. My husband was attending a convention at the Sandestin Resort. The condo was very clean and spacious. The master bedroom is very large with a nice bathroom. My sister had the second bedroom downstairs which was also nice. The loft upstairs with the two twin beds and bathroom was perfect for them. The condo has plenty of storage spaces. The kitchen is big and is stocked with every kind of utensil and dish you would need to make any meal. We used the grill on the patio which was nice. The home is very pretty from the curb and the screened in porch is a nice addition. It was too hot for us to use the porch but it did make the house look nice from the street. We liked the two car garage to keep our cars secured. Everything worked in the home and we had no issues whatsoever. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the wi-fi as well. The only problem we had was getting a key to the Captiva pool, they had run out at the office. We eventually got one. This pool is very private, nobody was ever there when we went. It was also nice to be able to use the main pool at the Tides. The front office gave us a sheet with tips and reminders but it didn't say what to do with your trash. I called and they said to just take to the end of the driveway and maintenance would pick it up. It would be nice if they would list that on their sheet. The beach tram service was wonderful. They would pick you up at your doorstep. All you had to do was call. Then you just go to the phone station where they drop you off and call them to pick you back up. They then drop you off back at your unit. I though this was very efficient and enjoyed using this service. We also like the amenity card provided by the owner which gave us coupons to various activities. The only thing I might improve upon in this condo is changing out the TV's in the bedrooms, they are on the small side. Having flat screen TV's would have been nice. We will certainly keep this unit in mind on our next trip to Destin. -- Holly E.
Jazz Festival Rental
12/09/2009 -- A group of us rented this property for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. The home was very nice except for the maintenance that was being done while we stayed.

Topsl Condo Review
12/09/2009 -- This condo is very clean. Is is decorated very nice and has very comfortable beds. Everything in it also works. It is not on the beach, but the beach is only a 5-7 minute walk away or the tram will take you if you want. We have stayed in this Condo before and when we go back to Destin we always request this condo because we know exactly what we are going to get. If you stay here you will be very satisfied.
