The property has sixty eight deluxe condominiums on four floors with amenities that make it one of the most popular vacation spots in the Destin area. The property is built in a quarter of a circle to take advantage of the magnificent sunset views. It is positioned so that it wraps around a beautiful beachside tropical garden with a large lagoon pool, a heated midsize pool and a hot tub. Also enjoy two meeting rooms available for gatherings. The video game room is also a fun spot for the whole family to enjoy. The Crescent is known as one of the favorite vacation spots in the Destin area, not only for the numerous amenities and serene setting, but also for the style and grace!
12/09/2009 -- We always stay at this property, and have stayed in many different units. We are always happy with the accomodations. We like to look at the property pictures online before we book it. The only negative is ResortQuest's new(er) cancellation policy. Which is NO cancellations without penalty. -- Jennifer H.
Great spot to relax and get away
12/09/2009 -- This is the fourth year in a row we have stayed at the Crescent Condos and have loved every year more and more. The staff is excellent, the property is outstanding and the location is second to none. I cannot say enough good about our entire experience at the Crescent. We will be back! -- Bruce
Not a very clean condo
12/09/2009 -- "We have stayed at the Cresent 3 different times. We stayed in this condo twice. The last time we stayed there it was so dirty. I had to go to the store to buy all kinds of cleaning supplies and clean it myself.\
With the money that we had to pay for the week I should of not had to clean! We have not been to the Crescent since, we are very \turned off\"" by the place. We have decided to try somewhere different for our vacations."""
