12/09/2009 -- Our two week stay at the Ariel Dunes II was our first trip to the panhandle and Destin. It was also the first time we had stayed in a high rise condo - 21 stories up. The facility was clean and modern - exactly as advertised in the on-line booking process. The condo was large, well appointed and very comfortable. The view of the beach was great and the setting (back one block from the beach, surrounded by a golf course low rise condos) was convenient and great for walking and exercise. Resort Quest made it easy to get in; even on a weekend. We picked up the key from a drop box and formally registered one or two days later. Check-out was also painless and convenient. The staff was also responsive to any requests or questions that we had. Overall we certainly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the AD II to others.
