12/09/2009 -- This condo was beautiful. The pictures online were great but it was even better then expected. There's plenty of room and the bathrooms were nice and big! If you don't mind walking a little ways to the ocean (which is right down the main drive) then you will love this place. The condo was clean and well kept. Would recommend to family or friends.

12/09/2009 -- "The house was great. We only continue to stay at this location because we want to play tennis. There was constant problems of trying to get a court. We were there for 5 nights after driving 12 hours to get there from Texas. The best time to play tennis, because of the heat, is in the morning or late afternoon after dinner. Two mornings we were there all the courts were reserved for tournaments (should keep 1 or 2 courts for paying guest), closed at 10:00 every night (we want to play for about 3 hours and could not get in from the beach, cook, eat, and feed the kids and get in tennis by 10:00 (allow guest to keep lights on after desk is closed at 10:00).\

You have a great place and we have been coming for several years, but this last time was a constant battle of trying to get a court. Thanks for your help. Jo"

Great Home/ Fun tennis
12/09/2009 -- We have stayed in the tennis village a couple of times. We returned to this unit because it was so nice and spacious. This unit has lots of televisions and we rented free movies frequently. We had plenty of room and every ammenity that we were interested in. We are tennis players, so the location by the courts was perfect. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. We look forward to going back. The beach is beautiful and only a short walk thru the Topsi'l property. You can catch a shuttle if you don't want to walk. I would highly recommend this property for a couple or family that loves to play tennis!

TILE NEEDS TO REPLACE CARPET
12/09/2009 -- "The downstairs carpet was extremely dirty & old looking due to all the clay that comes in. It even smelled dirty. We have stayed in Tops'l villas with tile floors downstairs and it is much cleaner, practical, prettier, & has more of a Florida vacation feel with the tile. It this problem is fixed in the future, we will continue to rent this condo every year since it sleeps 8 people as it is very, very nice other than this.
Also, not related specifically to this condo, the bus (tram) was broken down the weekend we were there in late July 2008 and no one made an effort to call a mechanic to have it fixed. We were told by many of the men working there, that they thought it was a dead battery. This small repair ruined our vacation, along with many other people's, becuase it was so hot that is was hard to walk all the way to the beach carrying our bags, pool toys, beach toys, etc. This has turned us against renting villas instead of the condos. Tops'l management should be addressed on this by the homeowners that rent since this negatively affects you directly. They used a van instead and it would take an hour to get picked up so most people would have to start walking."
