12/09/2009 -- We came to Destin for the SanDestin Triathalon in July 2008. The amenities at the resort were perfect for our pre-race training and the wives had all they needed for the kids and an enjoyable vacation. The rooms were spacious - we had 4 adults and 1 child. The kitchen was plenty big to make a full dinner for 7 adults. The master bathroom was HUGE - had walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, double vanity and separate toilet room. We had an oceanview. Our only downfall was that the race was cancelled due to TS Fay and we risked not being able to make it home safely if we didnt leave, so we had to make the difficult decision to cut our trip in half. The resort refunded us for the nights we did not stay even though there were no mandatory evacuations at that time. We were very appreciative! We hope to revisit TOPS'L in the future and pray the tropical storms stay away!

Great for kids and relaxing family vacation
12/09/2009 -- Condo was really nice with an awsome true beachfront view of the gulf. Only thing that needed upgrading was the sofa. Seemed like it had alot of wear. Making plans to go back in May of 09.

12/09/2009 -- "This rental was beautiful and spacious. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the kids loved the three different pools.\
We loved the fact that we had a washer and dryer in the room. We didn't have to worry about having enough clean towels and going home with dirty clothes. The only complaint we have would be the wait time for elevators. We were at the top so we always had to wait on elevators.\
We had a great time and have already booked a room for June. "

12/09/2009 -- We stayed at Tops'l with my family during the month of October. We had such a wonderful stay. It is a great condo and very child friendly! We took both of our grandsons. We are planning on making it an annual trip. :)
