Condo Features: This two bedroom and two bath unit is on the 5th floor offering breathtaking views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The 2nd bedroom has nice neutral tones, a 26" flat screen TV and DVD, and features two twin beds and casual furniture with glass tops. The living area has a Tommy Bahama feel featuring a large 42" flat screen wall mounted TV and a DVD, with one tropical oversized chair and ottoman, and comfortable sofa, nice accents like a beveled mirrored wall, and dining table for six as well as three barstools. Resort Features:The Beach House is a great place for a family getaway with amenities such as lighted tennis courts, a shuffle board court, a video game room, out door grills, a convenient guest laundry on every floor, and a large clubhouse with a full kitchen and nice bar area. The large pool deck is situated on the Gulf side offering lots of sun and fun. The pool seasonally heated for all to enjoy and the kiddie pool is great for the little ones. The property also has a private boardwalk with a gazebo down to beach with access to 650 feet of beach front. The Beach House is very close to recreation, dining, golf, and beach activities. With Silver Sands Outlet Center just a mile away, you are sure to enjoy the name brand shopping as well as the numerous local dining favorites close by. The conveniences of a grocery store, a pharmacy, and fast food restaurants are also less than a mile away. Enjoy supreme family fun and sun at The Beach House!
08/13/2010 -- We loved our stay in this unit. You can not get any closer to the beach than this. The view is gorgeous. We loved the tile floors, granite countertops and flat screen televisions in this unit. The unit was a little smaller than we thought with low ceilings and bath countertops, but otherwise just lovely. Red chair upholstery could use a little updating, but again, we really enjoyed our stay and will come back. The pool is great and it is so nice to have the two chairs and umbrella included! Great Get-Away!!!
12/09/2009 -- My family recently stayed at the Beach House Condominium for our annual fall get-away. We had stayed here once before and found the accommodations and location perfect for us. I love being right on the beach. There's nothing like sitting on the balcony and watching the gulf searching for the dolphins or sitting under your beach umbrella reading a book and enjoying the sounds of the gentle surf in the background. I have 3 grown sons who have come to love this area. Whenever we go they insist on coming along too. We enjoy playing tennis together and always have to have that family competition of shuffleboard. There are 2 major food stores just a couple of blocks down the street, not to mention the shopping mall and so many wonderful places to eat. I never get bored here. We have stayed in two different units in this condo, but found them in excellent repair and left us eager to return. I highly recommend this property!
