The lighting and the beveled mirror are very nice upgrades to the unit. The flooring is carpet throughout. The master bedroom has a King bed and cottage furniture. The 2nd bedroom has one double and one twin bed. Both bedrooms have flat panel TV's. The sofa in the living room has a queen sofa sleeper. The unit has a full kitchen everything you need to make a home cooked meal as well as lots of counter space. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. With 3 TV's, 3 DVD's, and a CD stereo system, you will find all the comforts of home!

Resort Features:The Beach House is a great place for a family getaway with amenities such as lighted tennis courts, a shuffle board court, a video game room, out door grills, a convenient guest laundry on every floor, and a large clubhouse with a full kitchen and nice bar area. The large pool deck is situated on the Gulf side offering lots of sun and fun. The pool seasonally heated for all to enjoy and the kiddie pool is great for the little ones. The property also has a private boardwalk with a gazebo down to beach with access to 650 feet of beach front. The Beach House is very close to recreation, dining, golf, and beach activities. With Silver Sands Outlet Center just a mile away, you are sure to enjoy the name brand shopping as well as the numerous local dining favorites close by. The conveniences of a grocery store, a pharmacy, and fast food restaurants are also less than a mile away. Enjoy supreme family fun and sun at The Beach House!

Very comfortable for relaxing
12/09/2009 -- This unit is very comfortable with a wonderful bed. That is something not found in all of the Beach House units. Our only complaint is that some of the essentials, like drinking glasses, have been stripped out and only the barest minimum are left. Other than that, it is one of the best. We continue to return to this particular unit because of its great comfort.
