Resort Features:The Beach House is a great place for a family getaway with amenities such as lighted tennis courts, a shuffle board court, a video game room, out door grills, a convenient guest laundry on every floor, and a large clubhouse with a full kitchen and nice bar area. The large pool deck is situated on the Gulf side offering lots of sun and fun. The pool seasonally heated for all to enjoy and the kiddie pool is great for the little ones. The property also has a private boardwalk with a gazebo down to beach with access to 650 feet of beach front. The Beach House is very close to recreation, dining, golf, and beach activities. With Silver Sands Outlet Center just a mile away, you are sure to enjoy the name brand shopping as well as the numerous local dining favorites close by. The conveniences of a grocery store, a pharmacy, and fast food restaurants are also less than a mile away. Enjoy supreme family fun and sun at The Beach House!
12/18/2009 -- We have stayed twice at this property, we love it and look forward to returning, i have shared this property with several friends and my father even stayed in one of the units along with us in july 2008.

Great location - great view
12/09/2009 -- The overall quality of the establishment was good. The location was good and the view was excellent. I liked being able to walk right out onto the beach. However, our unit needed a remodel. The furniture and decor was very dated. Also, the stipple continuously fell from the ceiling, which made a mess.
