Fabulous Florida
05/12/2010 -- This was our 5th time at Villa Princessa for my 3 daughters and families, my husband and myself. Plenty of room for all to play and eat together, yet space to find some alone time. The beach and pool are perfect for small and older grand children to play safely under watchful eyes. beautiful decor with all the amenities one might want. The staff at ResortQuest was fantastic in their prompt response to our concerns insuring a fun comfortable stay. My only concern is that we may have been priced out of a future stay. -- Karen S.
FAMILY VACATION
12/09/2009 -- My family of 22 has rented this house for 3 years now for our family vacation/reunion. The house is wonderful. It really does sleep 24. It is very roomy. It's great to be right on the beach and so close to all the shopping. Our only negative is that some of the furniture is in very bad shape as far as being broken. Also the walkway out to the beach is in really bad shape and needs to be replaced. Last year one of our family members fell thru the walkway. We called management and they did a very poor job of patching it. We are booked there again this year and it is going to be very dissapointing if this problem has not been corrected.
