Condo Features: This unit has a country beach cottage feel and a breathtaking view from a fourth floor private balcony. The kitchen has bright white cabinetry and all the house wares needed to make a fully home cooked meal. You will love the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors from the living area, the flat screen TV's and DVD's throughout the unit, and tiled floors with carpet in the bedrooms. The dining area has seating for six and extra bar stools by the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a nice open coastal living feel with a king bed, and nice sized master bathroom with double sinks. The casual tropical guest bedroom has two double beds and access to the bathroom by the hallway. Enjoy also a CD stereo system to fill the condo with your favorite music! Resort Features: Come and relax at Majestic Sun, one of Destin's most luxurious high-rise condominiums. This lovely property features one, two and three bedroom units, plus penthouse units complete with full size kitchens, washer/dryer and stunning unobstructed Gulf views from spacious balconies. The endless amenities include a multi-level indoor/outdoor pool (heated seasonally) with cascading waterfalls and hot tub. The resort also has covered assigned parking and fitness room. Majestic Sun is located on beautiful Seascape Resort with its 18-hole championship golf course, eight tennis courts, and fresh water lakes. The Majestic Sun is convenient to casual and fine dining restaurants, shopping at Silver Sands Factory Outlet mall, fishing, boating, and the area's many attractions.
12/18/2009 -- I stayed at the Majestic Sun after I discovered there was no availability at the condo I normally vacation at in Destin and was happy with the resort. With every room having an ocean view, there can't be any guest unhappy with the view from their room. The walk across the street to the beach is a very quick one. I was disappointed, however, that they didn't offer a beach umbrella and chairs to their guests, as does the other condo I normally stay at. Overall, however, I love this part of Destin -- so close to the grocery store, movie rentals, outlet mall. Not overly crowded like it seems downtown Destin has grown. Nice place to stay!
