The Tides
Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, The Tides is TOPS'L's newest resort property with every amenity on site. The Tides is a taste of the Caribbean, featuring 2- and 3-bedroom condominiums, with beachy or exotic interiors and dazzling balcony views. Enjoy lunch at the Pavilion Beach Bar & Grill, or drinks from our thatched-roof Tiki Bar. Choose from 2 bi-level tropical pools or unwind in the hot tub, while the kids have a blast in the kiddie pool. The Tides also features island-themed parties held poolside in the summer.

The Summit
Perched on a hill 34 feet above sea level, The Summit is aptly named. The Summit features designer interiors, as well as a hillside sundeck with free-form pool and hot tub tucked privately away. Highlights include 3-bedroom units, or 2-bedroom units, some complete with a studio lockout that may be rented separately. The studio offers a spacious whirlpool tub that dramatically opens onto the bedroom.

Tennis Villas
